Block the sender,
Ban their IP address.
Whatever.
You rearrange your worldmap to simply
Drop the offending speaker/idea into an abyss,
Through a switch in states;
By reconfiguring your settings;
As if the human being on the other end
Were merely
A computer virus,
To be disposed of with
Minimal cost and
Inconvenience.

That is like digging a hole into yourself...
Further and further...
Blocking all the outside discomfort away...
Locking yourself deeper and deeper
Into a cave of your own construction.

But that is the only way we know
How to address uncomfortable ideas now:
Through technical answers,
When the real answer is
Deeper,
Shared and
Vocal.
